Custom color matching. Touch-ups. Epoxy-fill to most noticeable blemishes such as scratches and scrapes, dents and dings, cracks and crevices, with light sanding repaired areas, and re-stain. Tone fading. Additionally, included is seal-in and clear-coat, “deluxing” to all pieces in the room using satin, flat or gloss sheen. Designed to bring that furniture's face, edges and top edges back to that "like new" condition! $145 Restoration Level–3: Highest level of restoration. “Whatever it takes” approach. Completely sand off the top wood edges; epoxy-fill to most noticeable blemishes such as scratches and scrapes, dents and dings, cracks and crevices. Then refinish with custom color matching stains and touch-ups. Tone fading. Additionally, included is seal-in and clear-coat, “deluxing” to all sides, top and bottom of all pieces in the room using satin, flat or gloss sheen. Designed to bring all the furniture back to that “like new” condition! $175 Other restoration skills: Lobby (cabinets, chairs, tables, wooden counter top edges), Upholstery repairs, doors (touch-ups), wooden moldings and trim.  50% of total due on third business day after start of project. Employer will reimburse Furniture Repair Issues for the following: 
all materials and supplies used on the job, all lodging accommodations, 
transportation (fuel), and a meal allotment ($10.00 per day).

 Hourly rate: $ 60 - $ 95 for miscellaneous projects. Chairs (wooden) $ 10 – $ 20 – $ 30 restoration levels. *Mandatory schedule 3 – guest rooms to be restored daily or compensation value to be paid to Furniture Repair Issues. If mandatory 3 guest rooms per day are short of, conditions are not met! Prices subject to changes.
